FCCV4 Anti-Deflection Ceramic Ball Valve

The FCCV4 series anti-deflection ceramic ball valve is specifically designed for flow regulation and primary pressure relief in demanding conditions involving high differential pressures. Conventional ball valves often suffer from severe erosion, vibration, and noise under such conditions. The FCCV4 solves these problems with its advanced anti-bias flow design, ensuring stable operation while protecting the valve body and extending service life.
With a flanged structure, available standards include DIN, ANSI, API, and JIS. The valve covers nominal diameters from DN25 to DN250, with a maximum pressure rating of 900 LB and maximum operating temperature up to 456°C, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

    Structural characteristics and advantages

    • ● Anti-bias flow design: prevents severe erosion at small valve openings, ensuring consistent performance in throttling conditions.
      ● Vibration reduction: minimizes the impact of water hammer, particularly near elbows or rapid flow changes, thereby enhancing system safety.
      ● Noise reduction: available in single or multi-stage designs to reduce noise levels and comply with strict environmental and workplace standards.
      ● Pressure reduction: customizable multi-stage pressure reduction structure to meet on-site working requirements, preventing cavitation and scouring damage.

    product description

The FCCV4 is widely used in the coal chemical industry, particularly in applications involving fluids with high-pressure differentials and potential cavitation risks. Its robust ceramic sealing surfaces provide outstanding wear and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term reliability even under the harshest operating conditions.
By integrating erosion resistance, noise reduction, and stable throttling capabilities, the FCCV4 anti-deflection ceramic ball valve offers a comprehensive solution for industries facing severe flow regulation challenges. It is suitable for flow regulation under high differential pressure or as a primary pressure relief valve, effectively reducing erosion, vibration, and noise to acceptable levels while meeting the demands of abrasive and cavitating media.
