FCCV3 Inner F-Lined Ceramic Ball Valve

The FCCV3 series inner F-lined ceramic ball valve is designed to combine the superior corrosion resistance of PTFE (FEP lining and PTFE seat) with the durability and precision of advanced ceramic materials. It is the ideal solution for handling strongly corrosive, non-particulate media under low temperature and low pressure conditions, with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and maximum pressure of 1.6 MPa.
Traditional PTFE-lined ball valves often suffer from aging, deformation, surface roughness, and sealing failure over time. The FCCV3 effectively eliminates these problems by replacing the ball core with a high-performance ceramic ball, which is precisely machined for excellent roundness, smoothness, and superior sealing performance. This ensures long-term reliability, extended service life, and stable operation in environments where conventional fluorine-lined valves fail.

    Structural advantages include

    • ● Flat + concave-convex sealing surfaces between valve body pieces for reliable leak prevention.
      ● Metal-spring reinforced packing for automatic wear compensation and sustained sealing pressure.
      ● PTFE seat combined with ceramic ball for low-torque operation and tight sealing.
      ● Valve body cavity designed with dovetail grooves to secure the lining and prevent damage.
      ● Multi-sided valve stem and multi-hole ball design ensure smooth operation and reduced leakage risk.
      ● Split structure with minimized cavity volume to prevent material accumulation.
