FCCV2 High Temperature Ceramic Ball Valve
FCCV2 High Temperature Ceramic Ball Valve

- The FCCV2 series high temperature ceramic ball valve is specifically developed for working conditions where standard ceramic valves cannot withstand extreme heat and rapid thermal shock. With a maximum service temperature of up to 456°C, this valve ensures safe and reliable operation in environments that combine high temperature, strong corrosion, and severe abrasion. It is widely applied in industries where conventional metal or alloy valves quickly fail, providing longer service life and reduced maintenance costs. The FCCV2 features a fully hard-sealed structure without any non-metallic sealing materials such as graphite or PTFE, making it suitable for organic solvents, corrosive slurries, and aggressive chemical media. The precision-engineered ceramic ball and seat ensure tight sealing performance, even under fluctuating pressures and temperatures. Its “live load” packing system automatically compensates for wear, maintaining a constant sealing force and significantly extending packing life. Additionally, upper and lower sliding bearings in the packing box prevent displacement and packing squeeze, ensuring stable operation during frequent thermal cycles.
Structural characteristics
- No sealing rings, suitable for high temperatures, organic solvents, and strong corrosiveenvironments.Fully hard-sealing surfaces, no non-metallic materials like graphite or PTFE."Live load" in the packing box maintains constant load under wear for long packing life.Upper and lower sliding bearings in the packing box prevent valve displacement andpacking squeeze, enhancing packing longevity.

High-Temperature Ceramic Ball Valve FCCV2
The FCCV2 high-temperature ceramic ball valve is designed for the isolation and regulation of various slurries, gas-solid particulate media, and gas-solid-liquid three-phase media under severe operating conditions such as corrosion, abrasion, and erosion. It is suitable for applications with temperatures exceeding 180°C, ensuring long-term stable operation of the system.
