ESFV Rotary Star Feed Ceramic Valve

Structural Characteristics & Working Principle:
The ESFV valve is designed to transport fine particles or powder from the top feed inlet to the bottom discharge outlet through a rotating star-shaped rotor. The feeding rate is precisely controllable by adjusting the rotor speed, ensuring consistent and accurate material flow.

    Performance Characteristics

    • ● Fully Ceramic-Lined: All internal surfaces in contact with the material are lined with alumina ceramic, providing excellent wear and corrosion resistance while preventing metal contamination. Critical components include the rotor and valve body lining.
      ● Clean and Non-Polluting: Suitable for applications requiring contamination-free handling of powders or fine particles.
      ● Precise Adjustment & Backflow Prevention: Rotor design ensures smooth and controlled feeding, effectively preventing backflow.
      ● Versatile Feeding Solution: Ideal for use as a metered feeding device in air-flow mills, mechanical crushers, ball mills, vibration mills, stirred mills, and other powder-handling equipment. Can also function as a discharge device at the outlet.
